sometimes i feel like i have the world's worst sleeping habits.
and sometimes, i just really want to change them.
so
tonight i shall begin. :)
my commitment for the upcoming week:
to bed at 10:45
wake up at 6:45
+ run in the mornins
(slash on late, late work nights: bed at midnight, up at 8, run)
yay for baby goals.
